Thanks to Director Ms Yap for the lovely dinner on 25 May 2019 at Raffles Marina Club. It was only the first day of preparation of the event.
Finally on 27 May, was invited to have happy hour and dinner together with my team and Aldia Export Manager Jason & Chef Frederick.
Aldia fillings are bakeable and freeze stable too. I'm pretty impressed with the product specification and taste. Definitely the taste is an important factors for client to use. Personally I am glad I can use ti for the up and coming 2 June 2019 SkillsFuture@PA Cake Making course at Bukit Panjang CC.
Aldia fillings, I hope I can create more recipes on breads, cakes and pastry.
