BROWNIES
Group 1 ingredients:
120g unsalted butter
100g couverture chocolate
Group 2 ingredients:
80g sugar
90g Corn syrup/glucose
Pinch of salt
Group 3 ingredients:
3 cold large eggs (60-65g each with shell)
Group 4 ingredients:
80g all-purpose flour
1 pinch bi-carbonate soda
Baking tray: 19-20cm Square pan from Zenker.
Bake at 180 degree Celsius
Bake time: 25 minutes
Group 1: melt butter and chocolate in pot (low heat), add in group 2, mix well, add in group 3 one egg at a time and mix well with each addition. Fold in group 4 (sift into the batter and fold)
