Cookie Decorator Class (using royal icing as the medium)

CONDITION OF THIS CLASS:
This 5 hours class concentrates solely on cookie decorating with royal icing.


THIS IS A 1 SEGMENT CLASS.

Fees: $750 for an individual session. 
Fees: $1300-2 persons group class

(5 hours concentrating on cookie decorating with royal icing only)

Payment via ibanking or ATM transfer, paypal payment only for overseas learner

Venue: CK Tangs
Date: weekday morning or weekend morning (5hrs)
Time: 1030am to 330pm

Class description
  • ​This is a hands-on practical class to have the correct consistency in decorating cookies with royal icing as the main medium.
  • Royal icing making in Singapore Temperature
  • How to have the correct medium consistency
  • Decorating skill and technique use
  • Using of lines and piping technique
  • 2-dimensional cookie art 
  • 18-22 cookies to decorate in class (expiry of cookies in 4 months)
  • Cookie size on average 6X6cm or 35cm sq units per pc
  • This class fees for Individual class
  • instructor show every segment from beginning
  • This is a 5 hours class
  • Utensils are provided
  • Cookie recipe are given but not taught in class, this program touch on decorating practical.
  • Cookie recipe has a 4 months expiry after baking and it is chemical-free
