5)how to make a consistent FLOOD icing for Singapore temperature? (Revised n updated version)

1) learn flood technique and method/ cookie art lines 
2) how to pipe mini roses (3D design)
3) NEW-making roses 3D piping skill
4) how to pipe baby bootie (3D design)
5) making cookie pop design 
6) bikini design technique
7) all other basic decorating including: baby shower cookies/birthday cookies/ wedding cookies/ Xmas cookies / meringue kisses

Advantage of this class: 

This recipe is a retail selling opportunity. You sell or bake for loved ones and this recipe expiry is 6mth later (means: cookie with royal icing after packaging, you give as gift or sell it and expiry is 6mth) 
This class is for beginner or anyone who wish to know the correct technique to bake cookie/decorate with icing and dry cookie without food contamination plus know how about the expiry without any additional preservative.

Cookie Decorating Fully hands-on Baking and Royal icing decorating.

THIS IS A COMMERCIAL COURSE (basic program) for beginner or for any passionate baker who wants to sell Cookie Decorating in the near future.

Content:
Technique to do mixing of colours,  2 types of flooding consistency and decorating tips will be taught.
How to salvage a destroyed decorated cookies will be highlighted in class.
Tips and technique will be taught throughout from baking to royal icing making and decorating. Its a class that anyone wanted to learn to teach or sell thereafter. Its a commercial program for people who are interested or starting to have the passion in Cookie decorating.
Its a class with FULL of informations to make cookie decorating a success in Singapore.
Instructor Pauline Chan will guide and help during class, and no participants will be left out.
Learn business essential, pricing guideline and business planning.

Course outline:
1) Royal icing making, Royal icing stiff consistency, what is flooding and learn flooding consistency, tips to use and technique to use it. Piping skill with tips and technique to do a good flooding. Colour choice for the theme and tips on colours usage.

2) Cookie decorating: Learn how to pipe lines and flood correctly and pipe border design to do commercial selling. How to use simple method design to create the customise order you want. Technique to use Sprinkles as a medium for commercial selling or birthday gift.(This is the easiest technique to sell your products or a quick way to decorate for birthday/party gift)

3) Baking: dough technique, method to roll and bake your cookies flat for cookie decorating. Why I use only Citrus Flat cookies for Royal icing decorating, ways to adjust the recipe to make it a chocolate, coffee, spice or any flavour. At the end of the day, one recipe could be made into 6 other recipe of your choice at home.

5) Receive support from Pauline Chan after you finish the course. This is after class service which you may need to start in the beginning after you learn. You could email to Pauline Chan if you have a question.

Products to bring home:
1)24 or more cookies decorated by yourself with guidance and tips. (size range from 2cm to 7cm) on average decorated cookies by yourself about 24pcs.

2)bake the cookies and bring home your very own bakes(decorated cookies are similar to the photos illustrated though its never the same, every class cookies created are customise for the day of the day and every cookies created for the class is one and only)

3) Bring home 6 types of cookie recipe ...from the basic recipe, you will be taught how to make other variety.

4) Bring home an easy to make royal icing recipe (meringue & egg white recipe) Tips and info how to handle royal icing in SG weather. How not to contaminate your icing and making sure the decorated cookies could last for 3 months in your airtight container.

5) Bring home a practical experience and handful of tips & technique taught throughout the 10 hours program.

6) Learn tips and on the spot demo how to salvage a destroyed cookies or troubleshoot a partially decorated cookies which you accidentally destroyed while decorating.

its a program not to be missed by any passionate cookie baker who wants to venture into cookie decorating.
