When I was in my teens I love chocolate elair, I remembered I attended a professional dress making course then and I always walked over to this shop call Subway to buy mini chocolate elair... if I don't remember it wrongly its 3pcs fro $1.
I learned Chocolate Elair from book and the book teaches a basic choux with a custard cream. Phoon Huat is selling instant custard and it tasted nice too. I love to cook my own custard and thereafter I created my very own non-fat chocolate cream. My love for Chocolate Elair was so deep... and this recipe I had been using for at least 14 years. After creating it , I did not modify it at all... I have x-colleague already eaten this way back in 1997. I started learning to cook and bake as young as 20.... within age 20-30, I baked Kueh lapis, cook pandan kaya(learn from granny), and learned many recipe on my own. I even have my very own chocolate cookie recipe which all my students ate. I seriously learned about other bakes & decorating in my last four years... I have friends telling me to create durian choux puff but I don't eat durian so I won't know how. Goodwood park hotel is selling their famous Durian puff and I'm sure all of you knew about it. of course if you are interested to learned from me this special recipe, I welcome you and I will give you 100% of my creation.
