After attending the class, I change my perception of "cookies that look nice, usually don't taste nice because it is usually too sweet..." but after tasting the end product yesterday, I have to say" The taste of the cookies is as nice as the outlook!"

I thought it was going to be difficult to achieve those beautiful and tasty icing cookies that Pauline created, but surprisingly it was not as tough as I imagined.  The class was fun and the cookies made were really tasty and beautiful.  I had never like to bake cookies and Pauline's recipe made me changed my mind completely!  I'm hooked on baking tasty and beautiful cookies using all the cute cutters!!!!

Overall, I enjoyed Pauline's classes.  They were informative, fun and most of all, I love what I've learned from the workshops as it's achievable when I attempted them on my own in my own kitchen.  Looking forward to attend more of Pauline's workshops!
