Wow !
​Thanks to all the ladies and gentleman for attending my class on 26Mar and 27Mar. Nice to know all of you and thanks for coming over to know me and all about my bakes. 
I truly hope to see all of you again.
For now, I will stop for a month to concentrate on my project with Grace,my assistant Trainer. And I am back again on 24 April 2016.
This round you will learn bread.... Pau format ! See you in Class.
​Pau has given me good memory about my dad and I hope to share this love for pau with you.

After teaching for several years, I started my journey with OnePa. I am thankful my first session has 16 participants and some join for my name. I hope everyone will learn and continue with this passion continuously. 

​A little about how I started, maybe you are keen to know. I attended Phoon Huat Royal Icing gingerbread house class by Vincent and after that I were glue to the art of using royal icing. 

When others took 3-6 months to learn Wilton and PME.... I took about 3-4 years before I finally venture into teaching adults. Like many others, I also attended various CC classes and professional courses. I cannot say I am a fast learner, I practice a lot to understand every segment.... Sometimes I fail, sometimes I am elated.... During this learning journey to be where I stand now, its a wonderful experience. 

You may wonder where I get my inspiration? I were introduce to hotel cakes and pastries at a young age and some of the creations I tried to bake it now is to remember the good old times. 

Apart from practices, I study and research and learn from books. Experiment it and fill my brain with knowledge. When the opportunity arrived, I took the chance to start classes in OnePa.... of course along the way, thankful I have family members, friends and supporters around me giving me much encouragement.

I want to be a somebody in this trade to deliver simplicity in all my creations. 

20 March 2016 marked my first session to teach in OnePa, and thankful for the opportunity given and many thanks to Siti for her guidance from Jurong Spring CC.
