My apology ladies, I put a lot of concentration on time factor last night so that you could go home earlier and forgot to take class photos... infact none. I include here the video of the mini roses you could refer and practice during your spare time. Thanks to Assistant Trainer Grace for helping to take 14 photos of the process and you could view it base on 3 sec per photo now. Participants requested for more hands-on so I included them to mould their own buns. Of course I brought along another Rommelsbacher oven to back up the hands-on... True enough, we need the extra ovens.
Hope all the participants have a great time and practice their sweet bread recipe this week. Let's do a review and post me questions and any problem you face at home while using this sweet recipe. See ya ! Pasir Ris Elias Cc is one of the cc with bigger kitchen. As this is the first time I teach in this kitchen. I need time to adjust to the setup of the kitchen. This evening class ends with good timing and I think as a whole I planned it with no overrun. For a 30 pax class its a new challenge.. Soon the place will be fill with participants enrolling for hands-on bread and I guess I also wish to teach hands-on. I am looking for to it too ! If I am teach hands-on bread, likely will be in July 2016. Thanks to all participants, for your cohesiveness and participation in all the food tasting and partial hands-on. If you have any questions after your practice, do drop me an email at classbypauline@gmail.com **There's alot more photos and will be waiting for participants to contribute later. Its a Privilege to start such classes in Singapore and in Onepa.... And if you are not aware, these module 1-7, I design in such a way, every one will have equal opportunity to excel. If you calculate, you pay less than $2000 for the 7 modules and you learn what I learned which I pay for $10000. Yes, I know you are thinking I am trying to exaggerate. I accumulated my skill through professional training via PME, BITC, CHOCOLATE ACADEMY, SHORT COURSE on CAKES.... its actually more than $10K.... Yes, I know that some of you are experience bakers, so am I. How you started is how I started too ! We are of the same wavelength. Of course, baking skill you feel that you are much better than me... I agree. I agree I am not the best. Like I mentioned before I am still learning everyday. IF, I say if, if you are keen in cake design and wanted to know more about tall cakes, this is a course you could look forward to. I also promoted this course to some people I see and connect. They may be Malaysian and foreigner.... BUT I guess $250 is still within the parameter which SINGAPOREAN pays, which is $240. (per module. The payment link for the 3 CCs are up now....
