I have just completed the 2-day artisan bread making class at Tampines Central CC conducted by Pauline Chan. Pauline is a very patient, experienced and knowledgeable teacher. Her class is very interesting and we truly enjoyed her teaching. I have had a great experience from this short 2day sessions and is inspired to practice more at home, from culturing sourdough starter to baking healthy artisan breads (boule, baguette, focaccia, ciabatta).
