SkillsFuture@PA Bread Intermediate (Artisan Module) or (Sweet Module)

Sessions: 2 days (11am-5pm estimated) 
Venue: Tampines Central Community Club or Bukit Panjang Community Club
Date: Generally on Saturday or Sunday
When: you can visit onepa  and search under " onepa Pauline Chan" 


Below refer to 2 sessions class:-
Session 1 has full demonstration with tasting plus theory. Sourdough learning.

Content of class changes base on trend and ingredients availability during the said period. 
Day 1, has partial hands-on and Day 2, has individual hands-on. 

You can refer to exact content once there's a on-going class via onepa website and from the content page you can see it. 


Learning experience for this class:
It is very important to understand the basic and able to bake at home.
Participants are given SMS/whatsapp/email if they have further questions.
From each lesson, participants query and doubts were clearly responded.
All SkillsFuture classes conducted by me (Pauline Chan) is not a demo class only. Each syllabus is carefully selected for the best hands-on participation in class. This practical experience helps each learner to achieve a good baking result at home.
