Sessions: 4 days (11am-5pm estimated) 
Venue: Tampines Central Community Club or Bukit Pamjang Community Club
Date: Generally on Saturday or Sunday
When: you can visit onepa  and search under " onepa Pauline Chan"

Content of class changes base on trend and ingredients availability during the said period. 
Partial hands-on and individual hands-on learning environment.

You can refer to exact content once there's a on-going class via onepa website and from the content page you can see it. 


Learning experience for this class:
It is very important to understand the basic and able to bake at home.
Participants are given SMS/whatsapp/email if they have further questions.
From each lesson, participants query and doubts were clearly responded.
All SkillsFuture classes conducted by me (Pauline Chan) is not a demo class only. Each syllabus is carefully selected for the best hands-on participation in class. This practical experience helps each learner to achieve a good baking result at home.


IMPORTANT NOTE: 
for any preparation by trainer, the fees you pay is for preparation time, electricity, transport, petrol, carpark and logistic for the service requested.

Time: 930am to 6pm

Content:
Module 3 course.
Hands-on buttercream flower decorating on cupcakes.
Learn buttercream making & flower piping skills.
Session 1:Daisy, apple blossom, mini rose, rose bud, flower buds, leaves & rose flower piping on cupcakes.
Session 2: Chrysanthemum, mini Chrysanthemum, Scabiosa, Rannunculus, berries, mini peony & rose on cake.
Session 3: Dahlia, hydrangea, Narcissus, Camellia, Lisianthus, Freesia, Hanoi, New Dahlia and peony on cake.
*trainer will SMS participants 10 days before class commencement the tips &
decorating items to bring on session 1
​*Material fee of $138 (pay on 1st day)
